Spark Logistics LLC ("Spark," "we," "us") is a Utah company. We provide managed business services, including AI-assisted customer follow-up, texting, voice, email and appointment booking for other businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website, request a free AI Opportunity Check, opt in to text updates, or talk with us, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, company name, and your preferred contact method.
What you tell us about your business or what you need help with.
Your communication choices: when and how you agreed to calls, texts or emails, the wording you agreed to, and any opt-out.
Records of our conversations with you: texts, emails, call recordings and transcripts, including conversations with our AI assistant, and appointment details.
Basic technical information when you visit our site, such as browser type, device and pages visited.

How we use it

To answer your request and schedule your free AI Opportunity Check.
To contact you about your request and the Spark services you asked about by call, text and email, but only in the ways you agreed to.
To run, review and improve our services and the quality of our conversations.
To keep records of consent and opt-outs, and to meet legal and compliance obligations.

Our AI assistant

Some of our texts, emails and calls are handled by Sarah, an AI assistant. She tells you she is an AI at the start of a conversation. You can ask to speak with a person at any time.

Call recording

Calls with our AI assistant and our team may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and record keeping.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run our services, and only as needed: our messaging, voice and AI platform (Brightly), phone carriers, our email and document tools (Google Workspace), scheduling and payment tools, and our website host. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in data with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights.

Text messages

Text messaging is covered by our SMS Privacy Policy and SMS terms.

You can opt in on our text opt-in page.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell us you do not want email or calls and we will stop.
To ask what information we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, contact us below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep consent records for at least 4 years, and other records only as long as we need them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access controls on our platforms. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the effective date.
